I remember being introduced to TPACK for the first time in our first semester of this program. It was a new concept for me as it brought technology, pedagogy and content knowledge into one. I believe that most teachers do this without knowing that we are TPACK-ing out lessons. But when it was presented to us it helped me understand how to better integrate the three concepts in a more smooth and efficient way for my students. I find myself looking at old lesson plans and knowing that I will be re-teaching those again soon, but now instead of just teaching them I try to find ways of integrating tech tools in those lessons of tools we have been exposed to in this program. I do feel I need more practice when modifying or creating lesson plans around TPACK. Luckily I have colleagues who are open to try new things as well and we always try to bounce off ideas on how to get students engaged in Math. That is probably one of the biggest challenges right now.

I agree that a lot of teachers are doing this without even realizing it. I think it is great that you can look at your old lessons with new information and then adjust it. I think a fear I have with TPACK is that educators will use technology just to use in and not really make sure that there is a purpose for it. Although technology allows us to do amazing things, I think, especially for math, that sometimes no technology is the best. I think it is exciting that you get all of this information at the start of your teaching career. I see you doing amazing things in your classroom.

Integrating the three of those together is tough. Especially when you are looking at changing existing lesson plans like you mentioned. I respect the fact that you take the time to make those lessons more engaging for your kids. It's really easy to just create lessons and then stick to them for years. The more difficult route is constantly changing your lessons so that they help your kids in the present.
